What I think was left out of Sleep Tracks:

I really don’t see that much was left out of the program. As someone who loves the power of meditation for overall wellness, I think Yan Muckle could have included some information and perhaps a track on that. Also he could have included an eBook mentioning some of the more powerful herbs to help relax the mind. But these would only be bonuses to the already solid program.

Additional skills or tools needed to get the most out of Sleep Tracks:
