Is A Detox Cleanse Good?

Q: Is detox cleanse good?

In general, and for most people, the answer is “yes.”   People with medical problems need to consult their doctor before starting a cleanse.

Q:  Does it really clean?

A good detox does really clean. Your body is always eliminating toxins, but on a detox program it is able to eliminate more due to various factors.

Q: Is it good for our body?

Detox and cleansing is usually good for most people’s bodies. People who have medical issues need to consult with their doctor first. But generally healthy people benefit greatly from it. Think of it like getting a massage, except for your internal organs.

Q: Which detox should I take?

That really depends on your goals.   If you’re a beginner, we’d recommend that you pick up our “3 Colon Cleansing Recipes” book or “The Colon Cleanse Diet Revealed“  book.    More advanced cleansers should try our Herbal

Q: am i going to  the bathroom every second?

No, but you will need to use a bathroom more frequently than normal. 6-8 movements a day is pretty typical.

Q: Am I going to lose only water?
Good detox and cleanse programs also help you lose fat – that’s just how the body works. Take in less calories than you burn and you lose fat.
